Registering for a free account will allow you to conveniently view your account balance and billing statements online, view graphical meter read history and be able to sign up for paperless billing.
Signing up for paperless billing will mean that physical bill statements will no longer be mailed to you; instead your statements will be sent via email. All new accounts created will have the paperless billing option enabled by default, however customers are free to disable the feature whenever they choose.
Paperless billing helps the environment by reducing the number of printed paper used for billing, therefore customers are encouraged to leave the option enabled when they register online.

Q. Can I pay my bill online using this service?
A. The service only allows you to view your bill online and does not provide the ability to pay online.

Republic Bank of Dominica’s online banking service.

Visit app.surepayonline.com and signup for a SurePay account. Customers seeking reconnection are advised to only pay the $100.00 reconnection fee using the Reconnection option and to pay the balance using the Bills option when making payments via SurePay online.
