Water Interruption – WA1
July 18
DOWASCO informs the general public and customers in communities from MERO to CASTLE COMFORT (WA1) that they may experience water interruption or low water pressure today, Thursday July 18, 2024 as the water system has been shut down.
This shut down was necessary to protect the system from heavy siltation and high turbidity or muddy water at the Springfield intake following heavy rainfall.
Please be advised that elevated communities including WARNER, ST AROMENT, CASTLE COMFORT, KINGSHILL, FOND COLE are more likely to be affected.
